Tamra Oviatt

Tamra Oviatt is the founder of Sacred Activations (SA), a seventh plane energetic modality.

I recently discovered Tamra Oviatt. I had heard of heard of her over the last few years but hadn’t taken the time to listen to her work. I had actually begun to do research for a blog I’m planning about PTSD and I ran across a PTSD recording that she had done. I don’t post anything to my blog that I haven’t tried and so I sat down to listen to the recording. What I discovered is that Tamra is a gifted energy healer. Be sure to do the above video first before you do any other Sacred Activations work.  These are the three foundational energetic processes for this work. Do the foundational activations then wait a day or two and then proceed as you see fit.    It is suggested that you do each activation at least three times.  However, you can do them in any order as long as you have completed the foundational energies at least once.
